Sign ups are available now with memberships beginning March 1st!

A sign up fee is required to secure your spot. On the first of the upcoming month you will be automatically charged for your monthly membership fee. This is when your membership begins and bookings are able to be made.

(please note: March 1st is the first month memberships will be active no matter the sign up date)

If there is a gap between your sign up and the beginning of your memberships, you will receive 10% off Klā offerings until your memberships officially begins on the 1st of the upcoming month.

Due to limited membership availability, a non-refundable Sign Up Fee is required to begin any Klā Sanctuary Membership.

This Sign Up fee is in addition to your monthly membership payment and is required on the day of sign up to secure your spot.

Payment of the Sign Up fee does not mean your membership has been activated. If signing up after the 1st of the month, your membership will become active on the 1st of the upcoming month. This is when your monthly membership fee will be processed and services/passes are available to be booked.

Passes are available Sunday-Thursday only as there is limited capacity on weekends due to high demand.

If a member is interested in coming for a visit Friday-Sunday they will still receive their membership perks which includes 10% all services on weekends.

Yes, Klā was thoughtfully designed with a limited number of lockers to naturally regulate how many guests can occupy the space at one time. This intentional approach preserves the sense of spaciousness and overall tone of the environment throughout each visit.

Because of this design, memberships are also offered in limited numbers, ensuring our members have ample opportunity to enjoy Klā and make it routine.

We are proud to introduce this membership while remaining deeply committed to protecting the integrity and quality of the Klā experience for everyone who shares in it.

The monthly membership fee is due on the 1st of each month. If signing up before or after the 1st of the current month your membership fee will not be processed until the 1st of the upcoming month which is also when your membership becomes active.

If your monthly payment declines for any reason:

• A $15 convenience fee will be added to your account.

• You will have three (3) days to successfully make your payment, including the convenience fee.

If payment is not received within the three-day grace period:

• Your membership will be automatically terminated, and all benefits will cease immediately.

• A new Sign Up Fee will be required to rejoin.

Although membership offerings do provide 1 companion pass/month that can be purchased at the same discounted rate as the members monthly pass, the member must be present to accompany guests for this benefit to be valid.

The member may choose to use their companion pass for themselves at the same discounted rate if this is more supportive for them.

Companion passes must be used during the current month and are unable to be collected or rolled over to the following month.

Membership perks are unable to be gifted although a member can choose to purchase any offerings personally using their perks and share them as they wish.

Monthly bookings may be scheduled once your monthly membership is active.

All memberships will become active on the 1st of the upcoming month in relation to your sign up date.

For example:

If signing up after March 1st (2nd-31st) your membership would become active on April 1st. On this date you are able to begin booking your appointments.

Membership cost can only be used toward the specific membership offering you have signed up for.
