Klā Sanctuary Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Klā Sanctuary (“Klā,” “we,” or “us”) and the individual (“Member” or “you”) who enrolls in a Klā Sanctuary Membership. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

1. Membership Overview

Klā Sanctuary offers membership programs designed to support an ongoing ritual of care, presence, and well-being. Membership benefits, pricing, and terms are detailed at the time of enrollment and may be updated with appropriate notice.

Membership sign up is available now with memberships starting March 1, 2026.

Monthly bookings may be scheduled once your monthly membership is active.

If signing up after March 1st, all memberships will become active on the 1st of the upcoming month in relation to your sign up date.

2. General Limitations Apply:

Limited Memberships are available

Members must be present to accompany guests

Members may use their guest pass for themselves if not redeemed by a guest

Additional discounts are not redeemable

Membership cost can only be used toward the specific membership offerings

Passes are available (Sun-Thu) only

3. Sign Up Fee

A non-refundable Sign Up Fee is required to begin any Klā Sanctuary Membership.

  • Entry Fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If a membership is cancelled for any reason and the Member wishes to rejoin, a new Sign Up Fee will be required at the time of re-enrollment.

  • This fee is required in order to sign up and is due on the date of registration.

4. Monthly Membership Fee

Your Monthly Membership Fee (“Membership Fee”) will be automatically billed to the payment method you place on file.

By signing this Agreement, you authorize Klā Sanctuary to:

  • Charge your stored payment method automatically on the 1st of each month for your Membership Fee.

  • Charge any additional approved fees associated with your membership (including the convenience fee described in Section 5).

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains accurate and up-to-date.

5. No Pauses on Memberships

Klā Sanctuary does not offer the option to pause, freeze, or temporarily suspend memberships. All Membership Fees will continue to be billed monthly until the membership is cancelled in accordance with Section 7.

6. Payment Declines & Convenience Fee

If your monthly payment declines for any reason:

  • A $15 convenience fee will be added to your account.

  • You will have three (3) days to successfully make your payment, including the convenience fee.

If payment is not received within the three-day grace period:

  • Your membership will be automatically terminated, and all benefits will cease immediately.

  • A new Sign Up Fee will be required to rejoin.

7. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may change from time to time. Klā Sanctuary will provide reasonable notice if benefits or offerings are significantly modified.

10% off Weekend Appointments

10% off retail items at both Klā + Selah Lounge

8. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your membership:

  • You must submit a written cancellation request to Klā Sanctuary through email at memberships@klasanctuary.com.

  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for partial periods.

Once cancelled:

  • Access to membership benefits ends at the close of the current paid period.

  • A new Sign Up Fee will be required to start a new membership.

9. Authorization for Recurring Charges

By entering into this Agreement, you expressly authorize Klā Sanctuary to:

  • Store your payment information securely,

  • Charge your card on file monthly for the Membership Fee,

  • Charge your card for any fees associated with membership, including convenience fees, Start Up Fees (when applicable), and any charges you authorize for additional services or purchases.

This authorization remains in effect until your membership is properly cancelled.

10. Changes to Terms

Klā Sanctuary reserves the right to amend membership terms, fees, or policies. Members will be notified of any changes prior to their effective date. Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By enrolling in a Klā Sanctuary Membership, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read, understood, and accept all terms of this Agreement.

  • You consent to recurring charges on your stored payment method.

  • You understand that Sign Up Fees are non-refundable.

  • You understand that memberships may not be paused.

  • You understand that nonpayment will result in termination and require a new Sign Up Fee to rejoin.
