Experience the healing flow of QiGong; this mindful movement practice cultivates energy, relaxation, and harmony. Qi gong is an ancient Chinese movement practice designed to awaken our vital life force energy (qi) through breath, movement, and intention. It is considered an internal martial art that refines and unifies the mind, body, and spirit. In this class, you can expect gentle, slow-moving exercises that combine physical postures, deep breathing, focused intention, and visualization.
