90-minutes inside the Sanctuary includes four thermal baths, infrared sauna, and an herbal steam room in a 1890s West Bottoms warehouse built for reconnection.
What your 90-minutes includes:
Access to all four thermal baths: therme - 104ºF, cold bath - 70°F, warm bath - 98°F , and mineral bath - 98ºF
Infrared sauna and herbal steam room with cold shower
Salt exfoliation altar
A no-phone, intentionally quiet space, held to 24 guests at a time
Refreshing Tea and filtered water
Why a weekday visit?
The most restorative moments are often found midweek. Tuesdays and Wednesdays tend to offer a quieter Sanctuary and greater flexibility for same week bookings, making it easier to pause and care for yourself before the weekend arrives.

Locker room is communal to store belongings only, there are private shower/changing rooms when ready to transition in and out of your swimsuit
Phones are left in your locker for the protection and privacy of all guests
